Getting started with MyRecordSite is simple. Register your management company, complete secure payment, and activate your Portfolio Partner account.
- Enter Your Company DetailsTell us about your company and the associations you manage.
- Complete PaymentAfter submitting your application, check your email. Most companies receive a secure payment link; if we need to confirm any details first, we’ll let you know before any payment is taken.
- Activate Your AccountOnce payment is confirmed, we’ll automatically prepare your Portfolio Partner account and email your activation instructions. Sign in and start adding associations.
Portfolio Partner pricing
$295/month for your first 5 associations, plus a $500 one-time setup.
- Associations 6–9: $59/month each
- Associations 10–19: $49/month each
- Associations 20 and up: $39/month each
Month-to-month. Prices are set by MyRecordSite and confirmed again on the secure Stripe payment page.
