Does MyRecordSite compete with our management company?
No. MyRecordSite supports management companies and does not use a Portfolio Partner relationship to solicit the partner's management or bookkeeping clients.
Does each association stay separate?
Yes. Each association is its own community environment with its own website, notices, meetings, records, and Owner Records access. Team members work in the communities they are authorized to manage.
Can each association control what its owners see?
Yes. Records that are not shared stay hidden from Owner Records.
Do we need technical staff to run this?
No. MyRecordSite is built to be managed by your own team — boards and property managers — not a website technician.
