Portfolio Partners
For property management companies and CAM firms.
$295 / month to start
Portfolio plans start at $295/month and include up to five associations. There is a one-time $500 setup fee.
First payment for five associations: $795 ($500 setup + $295 first month). Applicable taxes, if any, will be added to your invoice as required by law.
Additional associations are billed monthly: $59 each for associations 6–9, $49 each for 10–19, and $39 each for 20 and up.

Is there a long-term contract?

Do I need my own domain name?
No. Every association gets a permanent .myrecordsite.com address. If you own a domain, Support can help you connect it.
Do I need five associations to use Portfolio Partners?
No. Portfolio plans start at $295 per month and include up to five associations, so you can start with fewer and add more as you grow.
Are taxes included?

Is MyRecordSite available in my state?
MyRecordSite is available to associations and management companies throughout the United States. Different states have different rules about association websites and records. MyRecordSite provides tools designed to help associations organize and provide online access to records, and does not guarantee compliance with any law. Please confirm your requirements with your association's attorney.
