Billing

Portfolio billing is consolidated and visible only to users with explicit billing authority.

The first five subscribed associations form a $295 monthly base. Marginal associations 6–9 add $59 each, 10–19 add $49 each, and 20 or more add $39 each. Crossing a boundary changes only the next association's rate; it does not reprice earlier bands. Mid-term additions show an exact provider quote before confirmation. Use authorized invoice and receipt links for provider-backed history, and use the hosted payment-method flow to update payment details without entering card data into MyRecordSite.

Steps

  1. Open Billing in the Portfolio Workspace if you have both Portfolio Administrator membership and billing authority.
  2. Review the current recurring total and association participation.
  3. Use Billing details for one community without leaving Portfolio context.
  4. Open an authorized provider invoice or receipt for payment history.
  5. Review the exact provider-backed proration before adding a community.

Good to know

  • The first five associations cost $295/month total; associations 6–9 add $59 each, 10–19 add $49 each, and 20+ add $39 each.
  • Only the association in a new band uses that band's rate; existing associations are not repriced.
  • Portfolio role alone never grants billing authority.
