Getting Started

MyRecordSite separates your Portfolio workspace, an association's management workspace, and its public website.

Start in the workspace shown after sign-in. Your Portfolio workspace lists communities assigned to you, while each Association Workspace contains that community's management work. The public association website is a different view for residents and visitors. If a community is missing, ask the administrator who invited you to review your assignment. Association administrators can contact MyRecordSite Support. Creating another account will not change the access attached to this one. You can always use the workspace context label to check where you are.

Steps

1. Sign in with the account that received your invitation.
2. Open Portfolio Workspace to find communities your organization manages.
3. Select a community to enter its Association Workspace.
4. Use the current-association chip and Back to Portfolio link to keep your place.
5. Open My Account for password, security, and notification settings.

Good to know

• An Owner account uses My Associations and Owner Records instead of management tools.
• Your available actions depend on your current role and community assignment.
