Meetings

Meetings begin as drafts, and an authorized reviewer publishes only after required details and attached records are ready.

A Meeting draft can hold an Official Notice, Agenda, Minutes, or supporting document while security inspection finishes. Choose the document role before uploading so the file attaches in the right place. Review the audience and meeting date before publishing. Upcoming, Past, and Archived are lifecycle views of the same meeting, not separate copies. A past meeting may receive Minutes, while a new prospective meeting notice cannot be published after its meeting date.

Steps

  1. Select New Meeting and enter its title, date, audience, and location.
  2. Choose a document role, then upload a PDF or image; the draft is saved automatically when needed.
  3. Alternatively, choose an existing record from the same association.
  4. A Limited team member saves the draft for review; a Full member or administrator verifies MFA and publishes when eligible.
  5. After the meeting, add Minutes from the Past tab.
  6. Archive a published meeting when it should leave the public list.

Good to know

  • An attachment still under security inspection cannot be published.
  • Recording links remain external links.
  • Archiving makes the meeting read-only; it does not delete source records.
