Cancellation, export and restoring service
Schedule cancellation to end service at the paid-period end. The following 90-day read-only period keeps the public website and records online while uploads and publishing are paused.
After cancellation, the public website and records remain available in the 90-day read-only period. Admins and owners can view and download, and authorized administrators can prepare a complete export. Uploading and publishing are paused. Restore service starts a new subscription for the same association without a new setup fee. Read-only period ended means the data has not yet been deleted; a final notice and MyRecordSite review are required.
Steps
- Use Keep my subscription before the paid period ends if you want to remove a scheduled cancellation.
- During the read-only period, admins and owners can view and download; authorized administrators can prepare an export.
- Use Restore service within the 90-day period to start a new subscription and bring back the same association, website address, records and owner access. No new setup fee applies.
- If the read-only period ends, data is not yet deleted. A final notice and MyRecordSite review are required before permanent deletion.
Good to know
- Export includes records, meeting and notice files, website images and a data file. Files still in security checking are excluded.
- Large exports may arrive in several parts; download links stay available for 7 days.
