Notices
A notice stays a draft until an authorized reviewer publishes it for the chosen audience.
Choose the notice's audience before attaching a document. A public notice cannot expose an Owners Only record, and a file still under inspection cannot be published. Limited team members can prepare the draft but need an eligible reviewer to publish it. An email request is queued only after the publication transaction succeeds. When the notice expires, it moves into history; archiving removes it from public display while retaining the authorized record of the action.
Steps
- Create a notice and choose its audience and display dates.
- Upload a new attachment or choose an eligible existing association record.
- Save the draft for review if you cannot publish.
- Check visibility and inspection readiness before publishing.
- Select member email only when you want an email queued after successful publication.
- Archive a published notice when it should no longer appear publicly.
Good to know
- Featuring a notice replaces the currently featured notice.
- A failed publication does not queue a publication email.
- An Owners Only record cannot become public through a notice.
